In the Heart of Caledon
Briarfields is the first project in Canada of Auriga Homes, an experienced international developer. An upscale project of 36’ and 42’ luxury homes it showcases their detail to design. Located in a newly developed subdivision this new neighbourhood offers residents a vibrant community in the country setting of Caledon – a combination of farm markets, quaint villages and new urban centres, only minutes from highways and GO Transit.
As their first project in Canada we used a mix of corporate branding and project branding to introduce Auriga Homes in the community and make the experience memorable in the marketplace. A corporate brochure linked to the newly designed corporate website housed the project and drew lots of registrations along with contact requests on future communities.
